Hutang yang ‘ciput’

Assalamualaikum :)

Janganlah bila orang tak tanya, pandai-pandai terus buat kesimpulan, “Dia dah  halalkan tu.” Kalau rasa lupa, cuba tanya. Saya sendiri kadang-kadang lupa. So sekarang nak tanya, saya ada hutang, meminjam, terpinjam apa-apa dengan sesiapa tak? Jika ada, tolong maklumkanya? :D

p/s: hutang puasa belum habis bayar. Kena segerakan juga. Dan tidak lupa, hutang MARA.

Take care everyone :)

Interviews, SMART and moving on

Assalamualaikum :)

Salam Jumaat.

Working in Sunway is getting more enjoyable. Yup, I couldn’t deny that. But it is a comfort zone for me now. I wanna try new things at new places, looking for more challenges – of course to develop myself. I am still going for interviews (which is now a hobby for me :P ) and looking for opportunity to further my study to the next level. Of course, one day I will end up being a full time house wife ^_^. But experiences and knowledge are two valuable things for me. Be a knowledgeable housewife, why not? :D Isteri cerdik yang solehah. Ecewah :P

To have the experiences to interview people and observe them during the assessment center is a very huge opportunity for me. We have this assessment center for SMART program as one of the gate screenings. And from that, I can see different types of people: the ones that gave up earlier, the ones that have the ‘boss’ aura, the actual leaders, the smart but playful ones, the smart but shy ones, and many more. And I enjoy each session to meet different types of candidates J

So from the group of people with their own style, the most interesting people for me are the ones with the ‘boss’ aura and the actual leaders. The ones with the future big boss personality are smart people for sure, they come up with great innovative ideas, they shine, knowledgeable, and you can see that these people could one day be a head of the company or unit or any institution.

Same goes to the actual leaders. However, the actual leaders are the ones that can make the change. These people are respectable. Other than smart, shine, and knowledgeable, they are humble. They don’t mind to start from the bottom, to take the responsibilities and they respect others. I can actually see that the boss type sparkle by giving and stand strong with their great ideas until you can’t even deny the facts given. But the leaders, they share their ideas as great as the boss type candidates, while as well, listen to others’ ideas, consider them, and accept the good ones and eventually compile everything to make greater outcomes.

I am grateful to be able to meet these people even though they are still  young – they are either in the same age with me, and sometimes even younger!

So I am now still looking for more opportunity for myself, and of course will apply all the experience and knowledge I have now. I couldn’t share any of the content of the interviews, but I can share my experience and maybe some tips.

And for all of the SMART candidates, I wish you all the best!
